What do I do?

This question was troubling him for a while now. He'd known her for around two years now. They meet up on weekends and sometimes on weekdays. They spend a significant amount of time talking to each other on a telephone when they don't meet up. Everything was perfect, but he wasn't happy. He wanted more out of life. Every single day, he looks at her and feels terrible, knowing she can only be his friend.

"I just cannot take it anymore", he said to himself. If she turns him down, he would never see her again, and the weekend outings would end. "That would be a disaster", he thought. "What if she says yes?". The world would be a much better place to live, but the chances of that happening are quite low.

"Anything is better than this" he thought. Living like this is worse than the pain of a thousand failed simulations.

"I think she will accept. After all, I'm the best friend she has. Who else will she say yes to ???????? No I would rather not know the answer to that question"

Then he turned around and looked at his computer screen. His simulation had failed.. He sat down to debug it and forgot all about her...

The END

I'm back

I haven't written anything in 18 days. I would like my readers to believe that it is because i was doing something exciting and adventurous. Our company Vice president addressed use today. he told us that we plan to become the world leader in Analog and Embedded processing, which basically meant, guys doing Custom ASICs are not important to the company anymore.
The number of dedicated readers of my blog has gone up to five. That is right, four more people now read my blog. I wish they would leave comments behind to prove my fact.
